Excellence in Evaluation - Impact & Outcome Evaluation

This lecture was presented by Dr. Sandra Mathison, Professor and Head of the Department of Educational and Counseling Psychology and Special Education at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver. The lecture, based on Dr. Mathison's work editing the Encyclopedia of Evaluation, focused on the attributes of the evaluation discipline that are critical to excellence in evaluation practice. Dr. Mathison highlighted particular evaluations that have those attributes of excellence and shared ideas for improving one's own evaluation practice. (Lecture given on November 3, 2004)
