Local Heroes – proud. professional. prepared. Local Heroes is a training and social marketing campaign designed to engage public health workers in preparedness efforts and to provide them with tools and strategies to implement the program in their organization. The DVD-ROM includes an employee emergency preparedness handbook and everything that is needed to train local public health staff on their specific roles during an emergency. Also included on the DVD-ROM are promotional and marketing materials for the campaign.
