Children Have Rights in Society (CHRIS) Homes, Inc.

CHRIS Homes is a mental health treatment program that operates therapeutic group homes to serve abused, neglected and troubled children ages 6 to 17 years of age; Independent Living Programs to help youth, ages 17 to 21, make a successful transition from residential foster care or homelessness to responsible, independent adulthood; and, a variety of community programs that provide in-home, in-school, and in-community support to troubled and at-risk children and their families. CHRIS Homes makes it a priority to collaborate with all agencies in the best interest of children and their families. In order to provide a comprehensive continuum of service, CHIRS Homes maintains constant communication with all agencies and organizations that participate (current, past, or future) in their treatment. They are dedicated to "breaking the cycle of abuse ...beginning with children." They work to heal victimized children and youth and strengthen families so that ultimately they can create a better community for all of us.
