Marilyn Washburn

Marilyn has been dedicated to improving the availability, access, utilization, and delivery of promotive, preventive, and curative services to the poorest of the poor in Atlanta. Through her work at the Grady Satellite Clinics and Volunteer Services with the Open Door Program she has empowered her clients with pride, the power to set goals, and the ability to move toward wellness. She is a positive example of the compassionate healer in her professional work, her service as an Associate Pastor, and her teaching at the Rollins School of Public Health.
